Psoriasis strikes Kim Kardashian

After Kardashian was diagnosed with psoriasis, she expressed concerns that her career would take a hit from the news. "People don't understand the pressure on me to look perfect," she lamented on the E! reality show. "When I gain a pound, it's in the headlines. Imagine what the tabloids would do to me if they saw all these spots?"

Since flare-ups can sometimes be triggered by stress, Kim's dermatologist suggested she take a break from her fast-paced lifestyle, but with a new baby, husband, fashion line, and endorsement deals, that doesn't seem likely.
