I never forget a face
Understand: people judge you by appearances, the image you project through your
actions, words, and style. If you do not take control of this process, then people will see
and define you the way they want to, often to your detriment. You might think that
being consistent with this image will make others respect and trust you, but in fact it is
the opposite—over time you seem predictable and weak. Consistency is an illusion
anyway—each passing day brings changes within you. You must not be afraid to
express these evolutions. The powerful learn early in life that they have the freedom to
mold their image, fitting the needs and moods of the moment. In this way, they keep
others off balance and maintain an air of mystery. You must follow this path and find
great pleasure in reinventing yourself, as if you were the author writing your own
drama

looking for what?
looking for what? For love—respect and love from my peers, love from the fans, love from the critics. I’ve learned that none of that shit is real. I appreciate it, it’s extra love, but it can and should only help and add to the real pot of love. It should not substitute. “Artists” that live their lives for the attention, they’re supplementing for their lack of love, their holes. Those people—and maybe myself included—are ultimately running away from the place where the real love exists, because maybe it’s too painful, maybe it wasn’t the type of love that they needed, or it was void there. There was no father, there was no support. Wanting to be a star, wanting to have jewelry, wanting to have girls, and wanting to have money, all that shit is just trying to plug those holes. It’s dangerous because it’s not real.

More Or Less
The greatest fear people have is that of being themselves. They want to be Aqsomeone else. They do what everyone else does even if it doesn’t fit where and who they are. But you get nowhere that way; your energy is weak and no one pays attention to you. You’re running away from the one thing that you own – what makes you different
All Day
I've made so many mistakes. I'm so far from perfect so many imperfections. But I'm a go getta I get up and go get it.

Passport
“I keep posted on everybody that I made hits with cause it’s not about art with us no more. I might speak to G about not art every time. I might speak to C about no art, you name it. Most of the people I speak to in the industry it’s not about art. We have life conversations. And if we happen to do art that’s dope. But we gotta celebrate each other more. And I tell all my friends that in the industry. I say ‘Yo, we gotta celebrate each other more. When was the last time you sent somebody a card saying ‘happy birthday?’ When’s the last time you did something for somebody? When’s the last time you bought somebody something?’ You know what I’m saying? It’s like when R came up to me and he complimented my Basquiat chain, I gave that shit to him because that’s R. In other countries when somebody compliments something you give that shit to them. Especially if they’re worthy of it.”
